Spiritual Strategic Growth Journey
Oak Dale has embarked on a Strategic Journey to reconnect our passion for Christ with our daily walk. We are being guided through this process by Mr Ken Kessler, an expert from the Virginia Baptist Mission Board. We are spending time seeking God's guidance and sharing our thoughts in the areas of:
Visionary Leadership
Missionary Mentality
Relational Experiences
Discipleship Intentionality
Programmatic Emphases
Vibrant Leadership
Accountable Management
Healthy communication
These are the topics that we will be sharing with one another in order to build our understanding of God's Story for Oak Dale. Then, on April 21st we will have a "retreat" where we will lay out the ways that the church can move forward into the future that God has planned for us.
Community Family Night Tuesday, April 17th at 6:00pm Please join us for dinner, crafts and a children oriented worship service. It is a great time for family bonding and fellowship with other families.
